Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how RunPGJO("RunPGJO", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the RunPGJO mobile application and related services (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account information: when you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name (or a private relay name), email address (or a private relay email), and a unique identifier.
- Profile information: username, avatar, and any optional details you add to your profile.
- Prize claims: if you win a monthly prize, we may collect the details needed to verify your identity and deliver the prize (e.g., name, contact details, delivery information).
- Support messages: anything you send us when contacting support.
Information collected automatically
- Location data (GPS):with your permission, we collect precise location data while you record a run to track distance, pace, routes, and quest completion. The App requires "Always" location permission so runs keep tracking in the background, but location is only collected during an active run session and stops when the session ends.
- Activity data: run distance, duration, pace, EXP earned, quests completed, ranks, Crowns balance, and related gameplay statistics.
- Device and usage data: device model, operating system, app version, and language.
- Advertising data: device identifiers and ad interaction events (via Google AdMob) used to serve ads in the App.
- Crash and performance data: error logs and diagnostics (via Sentry) to help us fix bugs.
- Purchase data: subscription status and transaction identifiers (via RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play). We never see or store your full payment card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide core App features: run tracking, quests, EXP, ranks, leaderboards, friends, Open World, and Crowns.
- To operate leaderboards and social features (your username, avatar, rank, and EXP may be visible to other users; your precise routes are not shown publicly unless you choose to share them).
- To manage subscriptions and premium entitlements.
- To run the monthly leaderboard competition (which resets each month), verify the winner's eligibility, prevent cheating (including GPS-spoofing detection), and deliver prizes physically or by courier.
- To send push notifications you've opted into (quest reminders, friend activity, prize announcements). You can disable these in your device settings.
- To serve ads in the App (via Google AdMob).
- To analyze usage, fix crashes, and improve the App.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Third-Party Services
We use trusted service providers to operate the App. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.
4. Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain records for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons (e.g., prize competition records).
5. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab — open the menu (☰) and choose Delete Account — or by emailing us at frskaandmr@gmail.com. Deleting your account removes your profile, run history, EXP, ranks, and Crowns permanently.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at frskaandmr@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.
7. Children
RunPGJO is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls on our backend. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of any breach as required by law.
9. International Transfers
RunPGJO is operated from Jordan, and our service providers may store data in other countries. By using the App, you understand your data may be processed outside your country of residence, with safeguards consistent with this policy.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the App or by email before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest revision.
